Sourcing Plastic Waste

First, we source consumer plastic waste from households.

Sorting and Washing

Then, the recycled plastic is sorted and washed.

Processing Into Pellets

The plastic is processed into 100% PCR plastic pellets.

Extrusion

The pellets are then extruded into 100% PCR plastic sheets.

Putting It All Together

Finally, we turn the plastic sheets into bags and add the tamper-evident features to make EcoLOK4
