Proven Quality and Reliability

Over $1 trillion in cash is transported in CONTROLTEK bank bags every year. Banks, government institutions, armored couriers and retailers have relied on CONTROLTEK for over 40 years, so it’s no wonder that our brands — TripLOK®, SafeLOK® and CoinLOK® — are today the best-known and most trusted brands in security packaging. We deliver over 150 million Vault Process Certified security bags every year and serve the largest vaults and financial institutions in the world.

Industry-Leading Innovation

In the mid-1990s CONTROLTEK introduced the TripLOK® bag, which has since become an industry standard for secure cash packaging in banking and government. Soon thereafter we introduced SafeLok® which is now the most popular cash deposit bag in the retail industry. In 2001 we introduced the world’s first single-use plastic coin bag, CoinLOK®, and got Vault Process Certification for it.

What made these innovations possible? Our strong partnerships with our customers. We listen closely to what banking and security professionals need and develop products that make money handling more efficient and secure. It is through these partnerships that some of our best ideas were born, helping not just our customers run their businesses more smoothly, but propelling the industry forward as a whole.

Unmatched Manufacturing Capabilities

When you supply mission-critical solutions to the world’s largest armored couriers, banks and government institutions, there can be no break in the supply chain. That’s why we don’t rely on just one manufacturing plant — we rely on three, operated by our manufacturing partners and strategically located on different continents. This approach, coupled with stringent quality control processes at each plant, allows us to offer uninterrupted service to our customers no matter the fluctuations in the market, changes in demand or possible natural disasters that may impact any one location.

Global Distribution

Our fulfillment center boasts over one million square feet, enabling us to hold in stock more products and to ship them quicker than anyone in the industry. In fact, for many of our customers, we hold in stock several months’ worth of mission-critical items so that we can ship on a moment’s notice anywhere in the world. Our Client Services Team is organized around our customers — each organization we serve has a dedicated representative who ensures that orders are fulfilled smoothly and that any issues are resolved quickly.

Family Owned and Trusted for Over 40 Years

CONTROLTEK with over 40 years in business
Our founder, Jon Diplock, started our company back in 1976 with an old Volvo truck and a desire to bring to the world the finest in security products. Today CONTROLTEK has presence on three continents, our products are delivered via a state-of-the-art logistics network and we are relied on by some of the world’s premier financial institutions.

What hasn’t changed in the past 40 years are the core values that our company was built upon. Making security the cornerstone of every solution we offer. The commitment to fulfill every promise. The friendliness and care with which our employees treat our customers. And the determination to grow our company in a stable and sustainable way.

Solutions that protect. People that deliver. That was CONTROLTEK back in 1976. And that’s CONTROLTEK today.
